Your team: You will work under the responsibility of Adrien, our Presales Manager, and with an international team of brilliant presales engineers. Your mission: You will be responsible for pre-sales and advice on the products published and distributed by Web Geo Services : analysis of new clients’ business/technical needs definition and argumentation of the proposed solutions preparation and execution of demonstrations necessary for pre-sales actions updating presentation materials (technical marketing) onboarding of new customers; You will provide assistance on the products published and distributed by Web Geo Services (handling and following up on customer and Web Geo Services tickets, writing guides, emails and other support for the use of products by customers).
